3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) account on plus888. The opening of multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of name, payment method, IP address, or device used — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.2 Accurate Information. You are required to provide complete, accurate, and current information at the time of registration and at all times thereafter. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. plus888 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify plus888 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
3.5 Account Closure. plus888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, including in cases of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on the plus888 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the Member.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. plus888 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Accepted methods are subject to change at plus888's discretion.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is RM 10.00 per transaction. Minimum and maximum limits for individual payment methods may vary and are displayed at the point of transaction.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC requirements. plus888 targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within 24 hours, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and volume of requests. plus888 does not guarantee specific processing timeframes.
4.5 Same Payment Method Policy. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. plus888 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
4.6 No Third-Party Payments. Deposits to your plus888 account must be made from payment instruments registered in your own name. Payments from or to third parties are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
5.1 All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotions made available on plus888 are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion's terms before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings may be requested. Wagering contribution rates vary by game type and are specified in each promotion's terms.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. plus888 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: hedging bets across multiple accounts, exploiting system errors, or placing low-risk bets solely to fulfil wagering requirements. Detected abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings without notice.
5.4 One Welcome Bonus Per Household. Welcome bonuses are available to new Members only, limited to one per person, household, IP address, and device. plus888 reserves the right to withhold welcome bonus credits where duplicate registrations are detected.
6.1 All bets placed on plus888 are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each product category (Sportsbook, Live Casino, Slots, Toto 4D). Product-specific rules are published within each section of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6.2 Bet Acceptance. plus888 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where bets are placed on erroneous odds, where technical malfunctions have occurred, or where fraudulent activity is suspected.
6.3 Voided Bets. In the event that a sporting event is cancelled, suspended, or fails to meet minimum completion criteria as specified in the applicable betting rules, plus888 will void affected bets and return stakes to Members' accounts.
6.4 Palpable Errors. plus888 reserves the right to void bets offered or accepted due to palpable or obvious errors in odds or results, regardless of whether such errors were made by plus888 or its data providers.
8.1 All content on the plus888 Platform — including but not limited to software, designs, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and game interfaces — is the intellectual property of plus888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without prior written authorisation from plus888 is strictly prohibited.
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, plus888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from gambling activity.
9.2 plus888's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 plus888 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
10.1 plus888 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at plus888.lat/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.
10.2 plus888 will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification service providers where required for legal compliance or Platform operation.
